Processing time for customized dominoes is 3-4 weeks depending on complexity. This time allows for the complete process from start to finish to ensure you receive a quality product within the standards set by CoCoPeach.

After you have placed your order, send an email to cocopeachllc@gmail.com with your image for review. This information is required to process your order in a timely manner and to ensure your customized set details are accurate.

No refunds on any of our customized items/apparel.

NOTE: Customers using Apple Pay, it is important that you verify the shipping address connected to your payment is the correct address. If not, you must send an email with the correct shipping details BEFORE your item(s) are shipped.

Exchanges are approved on a case by case basis

Remember! Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-5 business depending on the carrier.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on your order size and delivery location by individual carriers. Purchases over $50.00 receives free shipping.

Order Tracking: Your tracking number will be provided via email once your item has been shipped. Please check your email for tracking information.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. The staff at CoCoPeach is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or delayed packages: Once your order is shipped, CoCoPeach is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. We advise that you connect with the carrier directly to answer any delivery related questions.

Damaged Items: Please email cocopeachllc@gmail.com regarding damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can better assist you.
