All Journal Sales are Final.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately. See our shipping policy. We will review your claim and, if approved, we will be elated to provide a replacement.

No refunds on any of our customized items/apparel.

Exchanges on apparel: must not be worn or washed and returned within 10-15 days after receiving your item(s). Remember! Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned. Please ensure the size information provided is accurate before processing your order, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Processing Time: All journal orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. No worries. Each order is processed with the same care and attention. Apparel is processed within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, depending on your location, shipping typically takes 5-7 business days via USPS. For express shipping, please contact us for pricing.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on your order size and delivery location.

Order Tracking: Your tracking number will be provided to you once your item has been shipped. Please check your email for tracking details.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. The staff at CoCoPeach is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or delayed packages: Once your order is shipped, CoCoPeach is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. We advise that you connect with the carrier directly to answer any delivery questions.

Damaged Items: Please email cocopeachllc@gmail.com regarding damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can better assist you.
