If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will review your claim and, if approved, we will be happy to provide a replacement.

Processing Time: All journal orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. No worries. Each order is processed with the same care and attention.
Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on the selected carrier.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.
Order Tracking: Your tracking number will be provided to you via email. Please check your email for tracking details.
If priority shipping is selected the shipping time varies from 1-3 days (however, not guaranteed per carrier website). Priority ONLY applies to shipping. If your order require rush shipping there is an additional processing fee.
NOTE: Customers using Apple Pay, it is important that you verify the shipping address connected to your payment is the correct shipping address. If not, you must send an email with the correct shipping address BEFORE your item(s) are shipped.

Lost or delayed packages: Once your order is shipped, CoCoPeach is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. We advise that you connect with the carrier directly to answer any delivery related questions.
