Processing time for customized creations varies, ranging from 7 days to 3 weeks depending on complexity, all chess sets will take the full 3 weeks to complete. This time allows for the complete curing process before shipment to ensure you receive a quality product within the highest quality standards set by CoCoPeach.

No refunds on any of our customized items/apparel.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on your order size and delivery location by individual carriers. Purchases over $100.00 receives free shipping.

Lost or delayed packages: Once your order is shipped, CoCoPeach is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. We advise that you connect with the carrier directly to answer any delivery related questions.
