Processing time for all apparel is 3-5 business days.

If priority shipping is selected the shipping time varies from 1-3 days (however, not guaranteed per carrier website).

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will review your claim and, if approved, we are happy to provide a replacement.

Priority ONLY applies to shipping. If your order require rush shipping there is an additional processing fee.

No refunds on any of our customized items/apparel.

NOTE: Customers using Apple Pay, it is important that you verify the shipping address connected to your payment is the correct shipping address. If not, you must send an email with the correct shipping address BEFORE your item(s) are shipped.

Exchanges are approved on a case by case basis: Items must not be worn or washed and returned within 7 days after receiving your item(s).

Remember! Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned. Please ensure the size information you select is accurate before processing your order, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on your order size and delivery location by individual carriers. Purchases over $50.00 receives free shipping.

Order Tracking: Your tracking number will be provided via email once your item has been shipped. Please check your email for tracking details.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. The staff at CoCoPeach is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or delayed packages: Once your order is shipped, CoCoPeach is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. We advise that you connect with the carrier directly to answer any delivery related questions.

Damaged Items: Please email cocopeachllc@gmail.com regarding damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can better assist you.
